Profile
Ms. Paavana E. holds an LL.M. in Business Law from JSS Law College and a B.A. LL.B. degree from Christ Academy Institute of Law. Her academic interests lie in the areas of Business Law, Corporate Regulation and Commercial Transactions, with a particular focus on the legal and regulatory challenges shaping contemporary business environments.
As part of her postgraduate research, she completed a dissertation titled “Online Advertising: Fine Line Between Online Advertisement and Law”, which examined the legal boundaries governing digital advertising practices and the regulatory concerns associated with misleading and unethical online promotional strategies.
Her research explores the intersection of legal frameworks and modern business practices, particularly in relation to corporate governance, commercial regulation and consumer protection. She has also published a research paper titled “The Role of Consumer Behaviour and Brand Engagement”, which analyses the influence of consumer psychology and brand interaction on purchasing decisions and contemporary marketing practices.
Through her teaching and research engagements, she continues to explore emerging issues in business and commercial law and their relevance to an evolving commercial landscape
